Smith     I consider myself a South Carolina native, even though I was born in Charlotte, NC – my family has been in South Carolina for over 300 years.  I have spent almost all my life in Beaufort County and as a result know the people and places in all its communities.  I grew up on Hilton Head Island where my family moved in 1963.  My roots are firmly planted in the South Carolina Lowcountry.  I moved to Beaufort in 1999.   I am an active member of the Beaufort community and believe in volunteering. I volunteer my “free” time to help maintain the “Lowcountry Lifestyle” and to do what I can to better our community.  I love the outdoors and wish that I could spend more time kayaking, sailing, biking, walking the beach and enjoying the natural beauty.   I am a member of the local, state and national association of realtors.  I specialize in the Beaufort area representing buyers and sellers.  My goal is to identify my client’s needs by effective listening skills, asking questions while assuring you of a ready and reliable representative.  I take a personal interest with each and every client and will work hard on your behalf.   Nonstop Expectations…..Nonstop Customer Service!
